Job Description
The IT Project Manager at YVS Partners LLC leads the planning, execution, and delivery of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives that support enterprise operations and client solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, requirement-gathering expertise, and close collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that align with business objectives.
The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy leading cross-functional automation projects, translating business needs into technical solutions, and driving continuous improvement across RPA platforms.
Job Duties
- Lead Requirement Gathering and Process Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and analyze processes for automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Provide Technical Leadership
- Participate in intake and prioritization meetings, offering technical direction and guidance on automation solutions, tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath), and methodologies
- Documentation and Solution Design
- Create comprehensive process and solution documents based on gathered requirements, ensuring clarity for development teams and alignment with project goals
- RPA Development and Implementation
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of RPA bots, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in RPA development and maintenance
- Testing and Quality Assurance
- Develop and execute test plans for new features and process changes, coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), while documenting test results and addressing issues
- Operational Support and Monitoring
- Ensure the continuous availability and stability of RPA bots in production, monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance to avoid failures and errors
- Collaboration with IT Teams
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems, ensuring smooth deployment and operation, while maintaining security and compliance
- Training and Continuous Improvement
- Provide training to end users on RPA tools and workflows, analyze performance metrics for continuous optimization, and lead efforts to update RPA software/tools for enhanced efficiency
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related role performing each of the following:
- Leading cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes for automation, and manage RPA project scope, budget, and timelines
- Collaborating closely with business stakeholders to define automation goals, ensure alignment, and prioritize RPA initiatives
- Overseeing end-to-end execution of RPA projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones, quality standards, and project documentation
Teamwork & Collaboration
The IT Project Manager works closely with QA teams, business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients to deliver robust RPA solutions. Success in this role requires technical proficiency, clear communication, and collaboration across business and IT functions.
